Everything was very good, convenient location close to the main square, 20 minute stroll to the beach, train station and bus station and 5 minute bus ride, very very good experience. The stuff where all very professional. Our room was great value for money and upgraded which did n't even have a balcony. Stayed in this property for 3 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice.

A nice size rooms had a fridge, an air conditioning, and a minibar. The staff were friendly efficient and especially helpful the whole time. Comfortable location next to a tram station, that was handy. Restaurant Sol y Mar Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Every time in Benidorm, I choose this place. The staff are very professional, managed the parking under ground. The breakfast is nice hot, the location is ideal in downstairs lounge area. Also it is short walk to the city center and totally refurbished.

The room was upgraded which did n't even have a balcony and available with constant bus, large bathrooms, as example. The hotel had comfortable location just next door to other areas by bus, early coffee shop and restaurants. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar Sol.

I had a fantastic stay. Great and fab location, the free parking was available. Set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were lovely. The guest room had basic facilities you need, an electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel TV. The hotel took care of the nice service. Sauna was a bonus.

The hotel was in a central location in an abandoned shopping centre. Moreover, it's near to Benidorm, Levante beach & all the bars/restaurants in that area and restaurant. One of the advantages - air-conditioned rooms; they included a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet.

Food was appetising and I have nothing but such great memories from this trip. The breakfast was satisfactory, the hotel was chic and clean. Had central location right in the bus station. Tried some takeout specials at Telaburger's, luckily it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. I appreciated cheap room with 1 double bed, coffee plus shower, and courteous staff. I had access to easy free parking, good pool.

we had fun in the pool of the hotel. the property was very close to such local attractions as levante beach. cerveceria dos estrellas served dishes within 600 metres off the hotel. easy to find from an underground station.
